Charles E. Bauer, Ph.D. Dr. Bauer has more than 25 years experience in electronics packaging, interconnection and assembly. Currently, he is Managing Director of TechLead, an international consulting firm specializing in strategic technology planning, selection and implementation in the field of electronics packaging with emphasis in business development. During his career, he has held positions with Coors MicroLithics as Director, Research and Technology and at Tektronix as Integrated Circuit Packaging Operations Manager. Dr. Bauer serves on the Board of Directors of Relner, an intellectual property holding company, MAIn, a semiconductor packaging and technology licensing company, MultiChip Technologies, a research and development company, EMLSI, a fabless specialty memory producer; and Intercell Corporation, a technology holding and investment company. Dr. Bauer has published more than 75 technical papers and presentations in journals and at conferences around the world.
