Jim Apfel Jim has over 25 years of experience in semiconductors, networking, communications, and renewable energy. Prior to investment banking, Jim was a founding CEO of a venture-backed DSL company and worked as an executive in several semiconductor and system companies including Acorn Group, Conexant, Diamond Multimedia, SwitchCore and Rockwell. He has raised early stage, private capital as an entrepreneur, participated in a successful high-tech IPO (Diamond) and executed cross-border deals in China, Korea and Taiwan.
